One ride on the Big Zip is included with admissions except for the children's course. If you desire another trip on the Big Zip ... please see Zip Only Rates. (Note Single Zipline rides can be purchased on their own for those wishing to add to their BUCKET LIST) Our trails and property are not for hiking they are only used by guests, and adult supervised paying customers.
All children can do the Children's course twice if time and space permit (not guaranteed).

 Cancellation Policy
Reservations made via this website may be cancelled via phone up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and the customer will receive 100% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 25% of the total fee for that appointment. Cancellations with 24 hours will be charged 100% of the fee for that appointment.

Weather Cancellation Policy
All of our activities operate RAIN or SHINE. Only severe weather conditions such as, thunder, lightning, high winds and heavy down pours will temporarily close the courses. In the event that Treetop Eco-Adventure Park closes the courses and guests have been waiting for over 1 hour, guests can receive a RAIN check or REFUND depending on how far the customer was on the course before it closed.

Refund or Rainchecks
** IMPORTANT **
It is at the guides discretion if you continue on to each level of the course. If they see you are struggling at any portion of the course they can bring you down you will NOT be allowed to go to the big zip you may choose to continue walking with your group. You will not be able to resume the course at any other point and there is no refund.
If you are lowered down at any point in the course there is a) no refund and b) you are not able to continue on the course but can follow along with your group on the ground.
