Our Adventure Courses are popular and we are particularly busy at peak times of the day. In order to ensure a quality experience for each guest we allocate a certain number of tickets to each time slot in the day.

Reservations

Treetop Eco-Adventure Park highly recommends reservations. Avoid the waiting and book now. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations will be accepted 48 hours in advance of your reservation date and a full refund of the 50% deposit will be processed. We do accept walk ins but you might not be able to get on our courses at the time you arrive. Please remember to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled reservation in order to fill out waiver forms and get fitted for your equipment. Not arriving on time will affect your groups scheduled departure.

Height Requirements

In order for guests to be able to reach the safety lines and manage their way through the course they must meet certain minimum height requirements:

In order to use the Yellow Course, each child is required to be able to reach the tips of their fingers to a height of 4'7" (140 cm) while keeping their feet flat on the ground. An adult must accompany children under the age of 16.

In order to use the Adult Course, guests are required to be able to reach the tips of their fingers to a height of 5'11" (180 cm) while keeping their feet flat on the ground.

Weight Requirements
There is no weight limit for the courses, however the standard harness will not fit anyone over 275 lbs for men and 225 lbs for women.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your reservation and need to cancel, you MUST call 48 hours in advance in order for Treetop Eco-Adventure Park to remove you from our reservation book and be able to rebook the departure time. Groups are required to hold a reservation by credit card. Credit cards are charged IN FULL if our cancellation policy is not met.

When making a reservation our staff is ALWAYS under the impression that potential customers have read the parks cancellation policy before giving a credit card number to hold a reservation.

TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTMENT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION.

Youth/School/Corporate and Groups

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations will be accepted 48 hours in advance of your reservation date and a full refund of the 50% deposit will be processed.

If you fail to cancel within the 48 hours prior to your reservation, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations made via this website may be cancelled via phone up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and the customer will receive 100% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 25% of the total fee for that appointment. Cancellations with 24 hours will be charged 100% of the fee for that appointment. Please refer to our Terms of Use.

Weather Cancellation Policy

All of our activities operate RAIN or SHINE. Only severe weather conditions such as, thunder, lightning, high winds and heavy down pours will temporarily close the courses. In the event that Treetop Eco-Adventure Park closes the courses and guests have been waiting for over 1 hour, guests can receive a RAIN check or REFUND depending on how far the customer was on the course before it closed.

Refund or Rainchecks

** IMPORTANT **
It is at the guides discretion if you continue on to each level of the course. If they see you are struggling at any portion of the course they can bring you down you will NOT be allowed to go to the big zip you may choose to continue walking with your group. You will not be able to resume the course at any other point and there is no refund.

If you are lowered down at any point in the course there is a) no refund and b) you are not able to continue on the course but can follow along with your group on the ground.

Hiking Trails

Our trails and property are not for hiking they are only to be used by our guests, & adult supervised paying customers.

Private Guiding $50

Minors, who participate on the adult courses and do not have an adult to climb with them, please ask our staff about the Private guide service. Experience the greatest adventure with a professional TEAP Guide.
