Q. IS THERE MORE THAN ONE TRAMPOLINE TO PARTICIPATE ON?

A. Yes there are several trampolines ranging from only a few feet off the ground up to 40 feet high. We have 7 total nets including our interactive zone and our Relaxation Station. The net park is a self guided activity. We have provided balls and relaxing pillows as well as a number of elements like a slack line, log ladder, balance beams and swings for participants to create their own fun!

Q. Can I make a reservation?

A. Reservations are EXTREMELY recommended. To avoid any disappointments we always recommend calling in advance and making a reservation. If you do not have a reservation we will do our best to accommodate you, there however may be times when this is not possible. Please call in advance to ensure we have quides and ground patrollers on hand for your adventure. 905-655-1113

Q. Who has to Fill out our waiver?

A. Everyone that wants to experience our fun filled courses must complete a waiver. Our waivers are online and will be submitted electronically to us before you can participate on the courses. Each individual participating must be named on either an individual waiver or family waiver.

Q.How long, in terms of time, is the reservation?

A. Although you can end your thrilling adventure at the end on our interactive trampoline nets, your reservation time is for the 90 minutes you booked. We ask you to check in and be at the net park entrance 15 to 20 minutes before your start time. If you reservation time is 12:30 pm you will be asked to leave the net area at 2:00 pm.

Be advised there is a 5 minute walk to the trampoline net area and their is no washroom facility at the trampoline area. Our washroom facilities are at the Welcome Centre and we advise you to use them before heading out for your reservation time.

Q. How does being late for my reservation time effect the time limit on the trampoline nets?

A. Your confirmation email asks you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your timeslot to give you time to fill out any waivers you might not have filled out as well as go to the washroom and do anything else you might need to get ready. You are booking for a time slot that runs for 1.5 hours, if you are late for your booking your time slot does not extend, it will end at the same time as if you arrived on time.

Q. How do I get started on the trampoline nets?

A. The trampolines are incredibly easy to get started on. iBounce starts off at ground level and then the pathways lead up to all of the trampolines. We do require close toed and secure shoes to participate so make sure you are not wearing any sandals or croc, no compensation will be offered if you are unable to bounce due to improper footwear

Q. How are the trampoline nets ranked in terms of CAPACITY AND USE?

A. We have seven total nets with varying levels of capacity;

  • 1 - 12 person max interactive section including high ropes style elements
  • 3 - 10 person max large square nets, one of which is up to 40 feet off the ground
  • 2 - 4 person max triangle nets, one of which features our slide
  • 1 - 7 person max relaxation station, bouncing is prohibited in this area and is used for bouncers to cool down

Q. Can I get a refund if I don't want to proceed on to trampoline nets?

A.The only time a refund will be issued is if you have not set foot on the nets. Once you go in there will be no option for a refund.

Q. What if I don't want to go on the trampolines myself, but I want to watch my family/friends go?

A. We DO NOT charge for people not participating on the trampolines and for the age 9 and up category we DO NOT require an adult participant. However, for the children’s age group we will have to require one parent or person over the age of 16 to participate at a discounted rate. Each person accompanying any participant out to the net park must have a wristband on.

We have NON-PARTICIPANT wristbands that are required.

Q. Is it possible for physically disabled persons to use the trampolines?

A. That is a tricky question as everyone’s disabilities and capabilities are different. We cannot say for certain whether someone will or will not be able to participate as we don’t personally know people’s capabilities. Some physical and mental disabilities will not be an issue on the trampolines and some might, we urge you since you know the person or yourself, to use your best judgment as to whether or not you’ll be able to do the trampoline park or not
