Reservations

(RESERVATIONS REQUIRED ) Open DAILY to all groups sizes. Groups depart every 30 minutes starting at 9:00 am. the last reservation of the day depends on dusk. ** IMPORTANT **> It is at the guides discretion if you continue on to each level of the course. If they see you are struggling at any portion of the course they will not let you continue on to the next course level as long as you have completed the level you are on. At that time you will be allowed to go to the Big Zip to finish or continue walking with your group. You will NOT BE able to resume the course at any other point and there is no refund. If you are lowered down at any point in the course there is no refund and you are not able to continue on the course but can follow along with your group on the ground.

Notes

No pets allowed and we DO NOT HAVE public walking trails

We also DO NOT HAVE a public picnic area - you must be a participant/guest to be on the property

Facilities

We have public mens & women's washrooms.

We DO NOT HAVE lockers for use or rent, your best option is to lock your belongs in your vehicles

We have lots of parking FREE of CHARGE we can accommodate bus turn around easily for school or group trips
